On average, we need between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including the address). We only ship to the address you provided at checkout. We offer a 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on returned packages. Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and ship it back before you can receive a refund.

Each item is handmade and therefore unique. Small air bubbles, irregularities and bumps in the surface structure may occur minimally. This cannot be completely avoided, so these are not grounds for complaint.

You can cancel your order without incurring any costs! Please note: You must cancel your order before it is shipped.

If you entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund will be given.

Delivery by freight forwarder takes approximately 4-6 working days within Germany, shipping to neighboring countries may be delayed by a few days.
